We handle the full technical setup — no prior technical knowledge required.
How long does it take to get started?
Most clients are up and running within a few days of onboarding. We handle the configuration, setup, and initial training so your team and students can get started quickly. Enterprise or institutional setups may take longer depending on scope.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Our platform supports white-label configuration. Your institution’s name, logo, and colors are applied throughout the student experience.
How do students access the platform?
Students access everything through a single unified portal where they can view courses, submit assignments, check grades, receive messages, and join live sessions. The portal is mobile-friendly and does not require any special software to install.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Alzademy?
No. We handle the technical side completely. Our team configures, maintains, and supports your platform. We also provide training so your educators and administrators can manage the day-to-day with confidence.
What support is included?
All plans include onboarding support and access to our team via WhatsApp, email, and scheduled calls. We respond quickly — you will never be left waiting on a critical issue.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Simply notify us before your next billing date and we will process your cancellation.
