Instructional Designer
What you’ll do: Collaborate with educators and clients to design structured, engaging course curricula. Develop learning objectives, lesson flows, assessments, and supporting materials that translate subject-matter expertise into effective online learning experiences.
Requirements: Experience in instructional design or curriculum development, familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, or similar), strong communication skills, and a passion for education.
Schedule: Full-time or part-time. Location: Remote.
Platform Support Specialist
What you’ll do: Provide technical and operational support to educators and institutions using the Alzademy platform. Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, guide clients through features, and escalate complex cases to the technical team.
Requirements: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfort with web-based tools, patience and empathy when working with non-technical users. Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
Schedule: Full-time. Location: Remote / Hybrid.
Educational Technology Consultant
What you’ll do: Work directly with new and existing clients to assess their educational needs, recommend platform configurations, and guide implementation projects from kickoff to launch. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
Requirements: Background in education, EdTech, or client consulting. Strong presentation and project management skills. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Customer Success Manager
What you’ll do: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, and corporate clients. Monitor platform adoption, proactively identify growth opportunities, ensure renewals, and gather feedback to improve our services.
Requirements: Experience in customer success, account management, or client services. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Background in education or EdTech is a strong plus.
