Education Launch Package — Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to the Education Launch Package offered by Alzademy LLC. By purchasing or enrolling in this package, you agree to the following terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services

The Education Launch Package includes platform setup, course structuring, student portal configuration, live teaching integration, scheduling setup, email automation, progress tracking, certificate design, and 30 days of post-launch support, as described on the service page.

Delivery Timeline

Alzademy will deliver the completed setup within the agreed timeframe established during onboarding. Timelines may vary based on the complexity of your program and the speed at which client materials (content, branding, course materials) are provided.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all course content, branding assets, and any specific requirements in a timely manner. Delays caused by late delivery of materials may extend the agreed timeline.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Once setup work has begun, partial refunds may apply based on work completed. Please contact hola@alzademy.com to initiate a refund request.
